Steven has devoted more than 20 years of his professional career to working on behalf of nonprofit organizations.  He is skilled in non-profit organizational management, budgeting, business planning, managerial finance, and entrepreneurship. Steven has led several nonprofit organizations in Southwest Florida and has devoted significant time to volunteerism on behalf of many Southwest Florida nonprofit organizations.   He utilizes his expertise in nonprofit leadership, governance, event planning, and donor development to improve outcomes for organizations. Steven’s passion for connecting nonprofit organizations to key stakeholders and donors ensures profitable performance outcomes. 

Steven graduated from the University of Florida and is an alumni of the Leadership Collier and Leadership Florida programs.

Beth has extensive experience in grant writing and reporting for nonprofit entities. She is committed to growing grant revenue for clients through strategic prospecting, concise and compelling writing, and strong post-award reporting. 

Beth earned a law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia.  Prior to committing herself to helping nonprofit organizations, she practiced law, served in for-profit management positions, and worked in business to business sales and training for legal publishing companies, including the Bureau of National Affairs and Bloomberg.  She has served on several nonprofit boards and has extensive volunteer experience as a Big Sister, hospice volunteer, certified mediator, and children’s bereavement volunteer.  

Steve owned and operated an advertising agency for more than 20 years and has worked every job in the business - from marketing strategy to advertising and graphic design.  Steve's strong technical skills, coupled with marketing acumen, enable him to integrate effective messaging into a compelling visual and verbal message, with nothing lost in translation.

Steve attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  He is an accomplished fine artist whose work has shown in Artis Naples and the Boca Raton Museum of Art.  

Jennifer has recently joined the team and is responsible for DonorPerfect.  Jennifer currently residing in Naples, Florida where she wears many hats as a caretaker to her elderly mother and working full time as an Office Manager for a local Real Estate Office.  She also is a realtor in Bergen County, NJ.  Her adult sons reside in NYS while they were in school Jennifer placed her career on hold while working for the school district to be close to her special needs children.  Jennifer served as a board member of the NYSAHA and President of USA High School Hockey Club, and the President of PTO, Travel Hockey Team Manager.  She also enjoys golfing and volunteering for the CME (LPGA) and QBE, CHUBB (PGA) tournaments at Tiburon.
